Philrealty's Skyline Tower Sales Surge September 25, 2010, 8:21pmMANILA, Philippines – Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation reported that sales of units of its Andrea North Skyline Tower surged with latest figures showing that more than 70 percent of units have been sold out.

“The past two months have been very busy for our sales people,” said Philrealty vice president for marketing and business development Jose F. Santos adding that “recently, we started turning over the units to owners.”

Philrealty expects construction of the Skyline Tower completed and functional soon. “We are happy to announce that the Skyline Tower will be ready for occupancy by October 2010,” says Philrealty president Amador C. Bacani.

He said completion of this development is important to them because it is a major landmark project of Philrealty and it signals the start of the development of the second of five towers of the Andrea North Complex, as well as the Ivy League Square project near De La Salle University-Taft.

“We are looking at an upbeat real estate industry scenario, and Philrealty will be riding the crest of the country’s economic recovery,” said Bacani.

Philrealty’s Skyline Tower boasts of the only condominium building in the country that has a magnificent roofdeck with a unique design built with tempered glass all around which provides a breathtaking panoramic view of Metro Manila.

It is surrounded by four quadrants fully landscaped by national artist Ildefonso P. Santos, giving a lush forest’ in the sky ambiance.
